Just changed to a Motorola W385 - can't receive calls, everything else works

So tonight I decided to go back to my trusty ol' Motorola W385 until I get a better Droid (my original Droid A855 is just too slow and frustrating). The ESN change back to my W385 appears to have gone through OK, except for one big problem- I can't receive calls! *22890 programming didn't work at first- I manually changed the MIN and MDN to 0000000000, then I tried *228 option 1, then OTA programming worked and *22890 and *22891 started working OK thereafter (or I may have just done the *228 option 1 before I manually zeroed out the MIN and MDN? Can't remember exactly.)

SMS (texting) sending and receiving work fine
MMS (picture messaging) sending and receiving work fine
    New voicemail indicator works fine
Outbound calls started working only after I went into the service menu by dialing #073887* and changed the Vocode from EVRC to 13k

Any ideas of anything I can try to get my W385 to receive calls? When I call my number, it rings twice and takes me to my voicemail. Before I got my Droid, I did do a SEEM edit to enable QNC on my W385, then later disabled it if I remember right.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

Did you make an outgoing call? That's the last step in activation afair.

Yes, outbound calling works OK, but only after I changed the Vocoder from EVRC to 13k in the service programming menu. I just did an ESN change, not a new activation. My number has been active on PagePlus for almost a year now (well, actually almost 4- I ported to Virgin Mobile for about a month last year, then ported back). I had no problems receiving calls on my Droid.

I just tried zeroing out my MDN and MIN, then changed the Vocoder back to EVRC, then restarted the phone. When I dial a number, the call connects with a "Welcome to Verizon Wireless, please hold while we transfer your call to an external operator", then it's transferred to the American Roaming Network.

Update: Everything's working OK now, including inbound and outbound calling with the Vocoder set to EVRC . I went to the PP website @2am-ish last night and entered a support ticket describing the problem and asked for an ESN reset. I tried to call my phone a few hours later (at around 11am) after a meeting at work and... it... actually... worked! I'm guessing that maybe PP CS quietly did the ESN reset (or something else?) and whatever they did fixed it? I still hadn't received a response email from PP CS when I left work today.
