Need an ESN from a Broken or Unused Verizon Phone.

I'm not sure if anyone will be able to help me out with this, but I thought I'd give it a shot. I need to move a phone off an extra line I have but.... I don't have a spare phone to get the ESN from. I have asked friends, neighbors, and family if they have any. But I haven't heard back from anyone thus far. If you can help me out, please send me a PM with any info you have...

If there's an indirect agent (non-Verizon owned store) near you, ask the reps there if they have any broken phones they could give you an ESN from. When I worked for one, customers would frequently just leave their broken phones in the store to be discarded.

Reportedly they have a "dummy ESN" which is 13800111111. Swapping to this ESN keeps a line open with no phone active on it. It doesn't enforce a phone type so it won't require you to add or drop any features.
