Att is going to punish their customers again

First the new data plans after verizon dropped the double data promo in january, and now this to makeup for the failed buyout:

I hope tmobile does not feel like they are worthy to follow suit. If so this is not the way to regain customer loyalty post failed buyout.

I forgot sprint raised their upgrade fee too, just to make up for paying for the iphone.

If anything carriers should give us a refund for upgrading, in exchange for signing a new two year agreement. Lol.

I wonder if verizon already thought of this, but is waiting for att to test the waters. I wouldnt be surprised if verizon does increase their upgrade fee within the coming months.

If people continue to do business with AT&T they have no one to blame but themselves! I for one refuse to deal with them. They are one of the most consumer-unfriendly and immoral companies on the planet. Yes it is good for business but apparently they have forgotten about "responsibility". Of course the payback was shown when they could not find any good will to support them in their proposed merger and were apparently shocked at the hatred. Surprise, surprise! Don't treat people like garbage and then expect them to be your friends.

I agree. Maybe tmo will get going and kick some butt. Tmo easily has the best call quality, they had the best cs and can regain that title, and the places they cover they cover extremely well. I'm hoping the att fiasco will give tmo increased motivation.
