    I know my code but i'm locked out

    Can rogers change the lock code on my phone remotely? Heres some back story...I've had a little dispute with them ongoing and I told them I would not pay (to make a long story short). So today I go to reboot my phone and I'm completely locked out but I know my code. Can anyone shed any light on this please. I could really use the help. Thank you in advance.

    Guess I panicked because I fixed it myself via hard reset but I lost all my stuff, damnit I had some irreplacable photos on this phone but at least it works.
