They took international charges off for me when they were legit. My father-n-law roamed onto a mexico tower,
But these charges have nothing to do with a foreign tower. Calls made from Colorado to Colorado are charged as roaming. Calls made on UMA are charged roaming. People's bill cycles end everyday. Just because these posters haven't yet been charged doesn't mean others haven't.
People are racking up big overage bills and even when notified, T-Mobile's customer service reps are powerless to stop it.
This is just pure incompetence on T-Mobile's part, plain and simple. The fact that their billing software is so screwed up really is just another prime example of how far T-Mobile has deteriorated.
Looks like my account doesn't incur any more roaming charges. The calls that I've made today were all UMA calls and were accounted for as such. tivoman, same on your end ?

Probably because jet0000 reported them to the FCC and they fixed it...

Yes, mine is back to showing (U), (V) & (F) on each call and not incurring any more roaming chargers.

I just noticed tonight that both of my accounts have roaming charges on them since 2/11/2012 and 99% of all MtoM (F) & myFave (V) don't show up on the website correctly. When I called customer service, the rep told me that the calls are international. : She told me that I had one this morning at 5:35, so I look online to see what number she is looking at and it was my wife's T-Mobile number with the same area code. So can anyone else verify that your account is having the same issues like mine. I also noticed that this issue started Friday night after 9pm PST. At first I thought they caught on to Google Voice as one of the myFave numbers, but that would still go against my bucket of minutes and not roaming charges. By the way my roaming charges went up since I called them about 2 hours ago and the only other two calls that I made was one MtoM call and one myFave call. (no GV) I guess I'll have to wait tell my closing period at the end of the months to see if these charges show up.
You don't have to wait. Go to my.t-mobile.com and look at your account. It should have billed and unbilled minutes available.

You really need to GOY. Companies make billing mistakes and it's not always some "nefarious" reason. Bottom line is if you do get a bill for bad billing if you call they will straighten it out. Jeez!
If they won't fix the billing you have a reason to get all apoplectic about it. Otherwise you just need to take a chill pill.

Do we have any proof this actually showed up on a finalized paper bill as a physical charge?
Please, provide us with solid evidence and not just speculation.....

Facts are, life is better on the T-Mobile side

No it didn't as of yet from what I can tell. I hope the op keeps us informed, and the internet breaks so Jet can't use it.

I'm really about to add jet1000 to the ignore list. His nasty attitude really bothers me, not open enough to see the other side.
Then I realize that the real person who is at a disadvantage is Jet100, because at the end of the month T-Mobile still gets his $, no matter how much he complains. Money speaks.... So who really has the last laugh?
I recall someone's sig from ancient ages ago. It went something like, "All wireless carriers suck. The trick is to find one that sucks in a way you can live with."
LOL I like that one! I guess it's a matter of picking the lesser of many evils.
This is a known issue. We are aware of it, and your accounts will be adjusted accordingly. There is no real point in speaking with care reps about this, it was posted on the 13th under our internal breaking news section.
If you mention another forum poster by name and are insinuating negative comments towards his/her character or opinion then YES you are flaming and your posting privileges may be restricted. That goes for everyone.
