if you can't innovate, litigate. apple's leaders are retarded...i used to be an apple fan, i was going through the apalog on the net deciding on some new mac gear. but being a business man myself, i have feelings about shady dealings in business. like low blow lawsuits and finding contract loop holes to either get a huge payday or get out of something. whats right is right in my book, and apple is not right. therefore none of my hard earned money will support their crappy business practices.

samsung is suing only apple as far as i read. only right since apple are playing politics and court room business instead of developing new products. their innovation has died when jobs died

The patent system is "first to file", not "first discovery". If Google didn't patent their voice search solution, then Apple's patent may be valid. And Apple already sued once about the shape of one of Samsung's tablets.

apple has gone as far as im concerned. cook is running that company into the ground morally with all this crap. they are now suing because someone has something kinda, sorta, almost like something we designed or will desgin because we like it and call it our own so the lemming will tout it as all new (notification shade on ios). They are already selling the most expense smartl phones and tablets, imagine if the won and you can only buy the iPhone and iPad can you imagine how much they cost then?
It is not like everybody using Android would go to iPhone and iPad either.

My wife and son have iphones. i have one too, but its for sale now, im loving my sammy G2X. blows the iphone away with speed, bigger better screen, better reception etc.
I am a business man, I do not like business'es trying to over run other companies with lawsuits that a frivolous. I like honest business. like there are a few companies bigger than mine that got there through hard work and the right spot at the right time, there are a couple of others who 'screw" their way to the top at the expense of their so called customers, if those companies need anything from me, I just say no. I do not want to do business with people like that....and right now, apple is THAT company...
