Over at Crackberry they have gotten their hands on some images of BlackBerry OS 10 in "action."
It seems as if RIM will be bringing widgets, a much needed visual refresh on application icons with folders showing the icons inside, a universal inbox and finally a shot of the call display screen. Interestingly enough, there appears to be a video button in the call screen for video calling.
Very nice changes, and yet it still seems to maintain the look and feel of BlackBerry OS.

Part of me is excited to see what's next, but the bigger part of me is quite content with my current OS 7 device, and is a bit apprehensive about RIM trying to mimic other platforms that are out there. It's obviously way too soon to be jumping to conclusions at this point in the game, but I will end by saying that my 9900 with OS 7 satisfies my smartphone needs just fine.
So do you think this was a staged leak? Or will someone at RIM be kicked to the curb/have their asses handed to them in court when corporate security finds out who leaked the pdf?!

Seems pretty comprehensive.
Could be a leak on purpose to gauge reactions over the net.

Staged leak for sure. Stir up some rumors and talk that hopefully lift the stock and company outlook all under the new CEO.
However I see a HUGE copyright lawsuit if David Guetta's likeness and song is featured without permission if it's found to really be an insider sanctioned leak.

Looks interesting, at least for me it resembles WM 7 a bit with the important stuff on the top (date/time, "bars", and carrier)
In any case, lets hope that OS 10 isn't a recycled version of OS 5,6 and 7.

I'm probably in the minority here, but I wouldn't mind a recycled version of OS 7. What I'm personally worried about is getting a recycled version of Android/ios/WP7.
i love it. can't wait to see the london in person. hopfully 10 will
be available for the 9900 and playbook when it arrives. hint hint..

Let's hope that future BBs that run on OS 10 will have beefier CPU/GPUs with dual cores and more RAM. Its going to be a huge disappointment if these BBs can barely keep up with the software. IMO,RIM hasn't been keeping up on the hardware side of things with their BBs. All the Android OEMs have been ramping up hardware specs to keep up with the capabilites of the OS.
