Sync with outlook

What is the best method to keep my GN in sync with MS outlook?

What has everyone tried and pros and cons or each.

I've used My Phone Explorer and it's free. It works really well once you understand what calendars you have and which you want to sync. I.e. the Google calendare, and/or Outlook, etc. Same goes for the contacts. Be sure you set which ones you want to sync or not to sync.

Are you using exchange or just outlook? If you are using exchange, the you sync with the exchange server, the default email client will do that or you can look at something like touchdown. If you are not, I would recommend you sync your outlook to google (there are plenty of products that will do that) and then sync your phone with google.
