the program is fix midi and it works for all midis and i think can be used on any phone

i haven't been using Anvil, i've been using Cakewalk SONAR / Studio (i'm a musician, so i'm used to it), but here's the idea as it applies to anything that can make midis.

trimming a MIDI shouldn't be a big deal. Just select what you don't need and delete it, and if necessary drag the rest of the song over to fill the space.

Volume: Increase the volume of the tracks you want (127 max). If that's still not enough, crank the Velocity too (that's like a measure of how hard the key was hit on a keyboard; in these kinds of MIDIs it's really just another volume as there's no real dynamic to the sound varying by touch). If that still doesn't do it for you, you can double up a track by making an identical one right on top of it; although this will probably double your file size.

Keep in mind the speaker on the phone can only handle so much... and too loud of a MIDI will give you distortion (the bad kind).

One of these days i'll get up a website with tutorials for this stuff, and maybe post up some ringers i've messed with. I think i'll start on that tomorrow... so keep yer eyes opened.
