    Refill Card Through walmart.com

Bought my first refill $45 card on walmart website. Says I should get an email in a few hours with the PIN. But now going on 35 hours and still no email. When I track it on the site it says 'processing'.
Does it normally take this long with walmart? Maybe I should have done it online with straight talk website.

Just ordered a refill and received confirmation email immediately with "Via email, recipient should receive card within hours of ordering." Also, just an FYI. If you "add a NEW shipping address in your Wally World address book to an OREGON address and Zip Code, you WILL NOT be charged sales tax. Since it is an EMAIL delivery, the physical address you select is not relevant. Doing so in our case with 3 phone cards per month will save us over $100 a year in taxes.... better in our pocket than the states... hey, it'll add up to a new phone!

The credit card doesn't need to match the shipping address?

If a Walmart "by email" order seems to be taking too long, try an email to help@walmart.com. Give them your order number and the time you placed the order (and the fact that you haven't gotten the order "by email".) Doing that "mysteriously" caused a service plan I was waiting for to appear in my email in a couple of hours.

It seems like you can refill your account every month by using the airtime cards from Walmart.com. Do they charge any additional fees (apart from sales tax like e911 fees) when one applies an airtime card to the account?

I was able to get my PIN and this resolved.

I sent an email to help@walmart.com and also filled out the customer service form when I went to track my order. About 4-5 hours later I get a call from Walmart financial/credit card dept. Some how they decided to flag my transaction and needed to verify some information. They mentioned this does happen to some random orders. Shortly later they sent my PIN. Hope I don't have to deal with this again.
