    Intermittent data problem? Please call and report

    I spent over an hour on the phone with Straight Talk this morning, they went through all the normal data resetting things on their end. I pointed out to the rep that I spoke with that many other people have reported the same issues in regards to data sometimes working and sometimes not working on the BYOD ATT sim. He claims all those issues have been resolved which they obviously haven't because I wouldn't have wasted my Saturday morning calling to waste my time if I didn't have an issue.

    So if anyone here has issues with the data sometimes working and sometimes not or working for some applications and other times not please call them and let it be known because they believe they have no issues anymore!

    The direct number to support is 1-800-876-5753 and then I was transferred to someone in some tech support department. Please also post on this thread if you are still having issues in regards to the problem I described!

    I'm having issues right now... didn't have any issues prior to the byod launch.

    Certainly hope this gets resolved as it's a HUGE pain not knowing whether this time it will connect to data or not!

    Please call and complain, because according to the guy who I spoke to this morning the issues are resolved and no one has any more issues.

    I would love to call and complain but they are horrible about customer service... If it keeps up I just won't renew my services.
