    Anybody elses BYOD/BYOP appearing as "inactive phone?"

    I was wondering if anyone else logs onto straighttalk.com and sees their SIM card as inactive phone? Mine's been working fine for a few days now (can make calls, send texts, access the web) on my AT&T iPhone 4S, however, whenever I log onto the straighttalk.com website, it still says the sim card is inactive. Anybody else have this problem? Anybody else get it fixed? How did you get it fixed? Thanks in advance!

    Well, after the back-and-forth with ST customer support, they're shipping me another sim card... Oy...

    I had this happen on net10 side of things. But doing there facebook help thing they were able to fix it on there end. I had to reenter all my CC info for auto pay but it works now.

    This has to be a site problem and I do wonder how it will work out for anyone that does not log into there account and see the problem.

    They fixed it for you? Damn! I wonder why they couldn't fix it for me without having to send over a new sim card. Sigh. Maybe I'm getting free service... Who knows.

    I'm interested in how to fix the inactive phone thing. I switched my daughters number to straight talk. Phone works great but shows inactive. Straight Talk said they could not fix it so they sent a new SIM. Spent another several hours onthe phone and still have the same issue with the replacement sim card. This is crazy. The phone works great with the sim from my phone. We have 4 phones in my family and this is the only one with this issue. How can it be fixed? Is there anyone at straight talk I can call that knows what to do? I am calling the 800-876-5753 number now..

    I'm now on my 50th 3 min hold with Straight Talk. Very irritating when they keep transferring me to someone else...

    They gave me case number 1050356588 but that did nothing, I'm waiting on another case number now...

    One day my sim card said invalid on my account online. Wouldn't let me refill. Said sim serial was wrong. Then my data stopped working. I called and they fixed my data and insisted I could refill but never would give me the option. I finally let it expired and just ordered a new sim. I needed a new number anyways. I have a feeling they were gonna delete my account at end.of month.

    When st deactivates your sim that means u used to much data an at the end of your billing cycle your sim will not work unless u call them and have them send u a new sim for free in other words. Watch your daily and monthly useage

    I'm happy now. Straight Talk magically fixed it overnight. All is good with my (4) Straight Talk BYOD phones now...

    I had this problem when I first signed up last month, went through 3 layers of tech support and it wasn't fixed but I had to go away so I hung up and when I came home it was working.
