Removing pre-loaded apps

Can anyone help me to remove pre-loaded apps from the ZTE N762 Android phone, so as to speed up my system. I have a 'root browser' installed, but still not able to move/delete most of the useless apps.

Sory to come back so late, but I got the 860N now, but I still need help with removing the bloatware from it. The last link you posted here does not work Please assist.
