How long does it take ST to ship a SIM order? My ATT micro SIM shows "in progress" on the order status page. It's been 24 hours and ST has not sent me a confirmation email, which seems odd.

Still nothing... emailed support and got an automated response to expect an answer within 48 hours.
have patients I guess they are overwelmed with response to the Simm program I dont know. With all things being equal give it should take 3 business days after the order. So maybe Monday for you since FedEx delivery is not for saturday. Just my guess.
The best you can do is make sure they actually have your order, then just wait out the time to ship and time in transit.
I got my "shipped" email with tracking # the day after I placed my order. Like stated above, confirm they have your order, and have patience. Did you receive an email confirmation when you placed the order? If not I think it would be safe to assume that something failed and the order didn't go through.
i place my order on monday and didn't recieve a shipping email notification until wednesday, recieved the sim card today (Friday).
