Do you use more than 10GB on your home plan? Some people travel all the time and they need that capacity. Unless you can carry your computer around along with the cheaper wired connection thats a lousy comparison.

The one thing one should do is stop believing your needs are the same as everyone's needs and vice versa. There are many people with Verizon prepaid phones who are fine with them. There are many happy byod smartphone users on Page Plus's plan. The whole point of prepaid is to each their own.

Any new information regarding VZW's prepaid 4G phones or prepaid VZW iPhone? Various csr's keep indicating that they will soon be introduced but no date has been released.

Verizon Wireless and RIM Announce New BlackBerry Curve 9310 Smartphone
BASKING RIDGE, NEW JERSEY and WATERLOO, ONTARIO–(Marketwire – July 10, 2012) - Verizon Wireless and Research In Motion (RIM) (NASDAQ:RIMM)(TSX:RIM) today announced the BlackBerry® Curve™ 9310 smartphone, a stylish new smartphone for socially-connected customers.... http://n4bb.com/verizon-wireless-rim...10-smartphone/
Any chance for this sweet new Curve landing on the VZW Prepaid $80 Plan ??????????????
It should be allowed, as it's a 3G phone. But you may need to pay full price for the handset. The pattern has been that should a new model sell poorly, after several months of sitting on a warehouse full of them they put it out for prepaid for a lower price.
It cant be used on Verizon Prepaid but it can be used on PP after some manual programming.
If you're ok with Sprint coverage then this phone can be used on Boost in two different ways. It can be used as a full BB (Voice, text and data) on the $60 plan or it can be used as a data less device for $45. On the data less plan you'll get voice, text and BBM. Both plans qualify for Shrinkage.
