I had problems with Joikuspot Premium on my N8. I emailed the developer directly and they sent me a new installation file. If you can log on to Ovi and track down the receipt number, just email them with the receipt number. Their help was almost instantaneous, we exchanged about 8 emails total in about half an hour.

More importantly to anyone who has an 808 here in the US, are you guys able to get that 3.5G signal to pop up when you access the internet or do anything mobile data related?
