I am going to guess some time between now and never, probably closer to never. I have been waiting for the coverage to expand eastward. So far nothing.

My mom works in the buildings between 16th and Major Mackenzie on Leslie.
Deadspot ever since mobilicity started operating.
Streets on a 5230 Nokia you get maybe 2/5 signal bars. Inside her workplace... none
The neighborhood across, friend lives there... very weak signal when i visit
