H20 changes minute plans, lowers rates but shortens expiration dates

That is essentially correct. I have had a friend on this plan for three months and it DOES ROLLOVER. It does so with dollar amounts but since BOTH texts and minutes are 2.5 cents each on H20, it ends up being the same as minutes being left over.

Repeat: CONFIRM that $25 plan DOES ROLLOVER.
