Does anyone own this phone on Wind? Care to share your experience with it? Are there any significant problems that ppl should be aware of?

Agreed. I have put off purchasing a smartphone for years since I never found a need for one. I suggested I would give smart phones a chance. I am very hard to please, but find the HTC Radar the most fun and functional phone I could imagine. My son and daughters have iphones and androids and they say my Radar is better.

But to the OP, since most carriers have specific phones that are compatible with their networks, I think it may be an incompatibility issue at some level. The Radar was built for T-Mobile and no matter if I purchase a phone that has the same frequencies as T-Mobile, it will work subpar to a phone made for the carrier. That is why I finally broke down and purchased a phone designed specifically for T-Mobile.

I also had the T-Mobile Radar on Wind, loved the tethering but could never get the MMS to work. Just switched to a Nokia 710.. MMS works perfectly, Nokia Drive with built in maps is great especially when your out of the wind home zones. Just have to wait for the Tango update to get the tethering back.
