Moto Defy: Why differing Speedtest results over wifi?

Just picked up a Defy and ran a test over wifi with the speedtest app. 11Mpbs was the result. Then ran the test with my X2, also over wifi, and 22Mbps was the result. Ran both tests again, and the results were the same.

    Why is this?

Both are stock. 2.2.1 on the Defy; 2.3.4 on the X2.

    DROID X2?

Probably the number of processing cores.. the DEFY is on Cortex A8 clocked at 800MHz so it's not going to be able to take in as much as the X2 can. The X2 also has WiFi N.
    Bye!

    Thanks for the responses.

    Yes, Droid X2.

Wow, Motorola doesn't even have a forum for T-Mo.

Too bad there isn't another waterproof 1700Mhz phone.
