LOL what Corporate booklet Kool-Aid you read that from The Wireless business has changed the whole thing about keeping customers etc.. Doesn't matter anymore because everyone from CORP. to CSOKI to independents are bad mouthing everyone.. Loyalty is no longer the game anymore.
