Connecting RAZR micro-HDMI to monitor (anyone done this?)

Just about to order a micro-HDMI to HDMI cable/connector (from DealExtreme!), and I'm wondering if my RAZR's 'desktop' will project/translate to my 27-inch LCD monitor...!! Wouldn't that be cool??

Got the adapter (http://www.dealextreme.com/p/hdmi-fe...-adapter-66077), and it works like a charm--nothing to do except connect my RAZR to my TV or monitor, and voila, my phone is replicated on the BIG screen!

Wish my old Droid X worked this way. I got the micro HDMI cable on ebay for about $6. It only works for pics, and is janky at that. Wish would work for netflix.

Speaking of Netflix, we browsed and watched a movie last night thru my RAZR connected to our 55" Sony LCD T.V. I'm not trying to brag, I'm just really impressed with Motorola! Plus, my battery was at 70% and it lasted for the duration of the movie...!

I found an app called "Xternal Display for Droid X" and now I can connect my droid X to an HDTV and watch netflix. The pic is not great and the phone freezes on the netflix screen so it is difficult to navigation, but that is the limitation of the phone, not the app. Its probably the least intrusive app Ive downloaded (asks for almost no permissions). Pretty sweet app.

Anyone know if this is possible with an Atrix2?
I am hoping to buy the HDMI cable and stream some movies.

    Thanks,
    Jason
