Now, I'd really like what more could they do to improve/innovate what's already out there?

There already are 4.5-inch 720p 3D displays with dual-core 1 GB RAM and 12 MP shooters... What's next?

Quad core? Who really needs that on a phone? Can displays get bigger than 4.5 inches and still be considered "phones"?

I don't think we'll see a flip Android... But a 4.5-incher with a QWERTY keyboard will certainly have a great appeal to me.

Well ... it's seems to me that the quad core main function will be just for better games. Maybe it'll be more useful in some future when they can record in 3D in 4K resolution, but I don't really see it, at least till 2014.
Can displays get bigger than 4.5 inches and still be considered "phones" ? Well you tell me. I don't know anybody with a Galaxy Note, but I guess that: if you can still carry it in your pocket it should be considered phone. I find it strange that they didn't create like a new "category" for these super screen monsters, I mean, now when a laptop is very thin is a ultrabook, maybe a phone with screen bigger than 4.5" should be "smartphone XL" or something like that =P

I'm begging that no new flip Android phone appears. It's not because I'm evil, it's because I've literally bought a 007SH 5 minutes ago online and now they'll ship it.

I don't think there will be a flip android. I think LTE, waterproofing and a few other gimmicks are all that they have handset-wise. Docomo are working very hard to push their version of Siri, which is actually fantastic and much better than Siri, for the Japanese.

I was thinking the same too! xD (I am not evil either)

It would be great to see an android flip and all but not now since I got a normal traditional keitai only couple of weeks ago. And if it happens, I would regret not being patient enough D:

Exactly! The screen resolution on my current 005SH is not big enough - especially for quality 3D. And I'd like a larger screen too. And of course DoCoMo, so that I can unlock it and use 3G internet.

My carrier is starting to develop the LTE network here but I don't really need it - I get 2-3 MB/s download and 1.5-2.0 MB/s upload on the 3G network, perfectly enough for me.

Sadly, we seem to be witnessing the death of flip keitais. I really love them but it looks like manufacturers don't - and the majority of buyers don't miss them.

From the number of Galaxy Note I'm seeing, and that they were apparently sold out in Singapore, I guess there's quite a market for big screens exceeding 5inches. I wasn't expecting big screens to be a hit either, but the popularity of the Note is quite surprising.

Personally, I'll like an at least 3.7inch flip Android with 3D and 720p resolution running on Android 4.0 with at least dual core, so I can actually play 3D files. The SH-12C just doesn't have the juice to play big 3D files, the audio gets out of sync when the file is too big.

I don't really care if its double the size of the slabs, just give me a flip Android!

A QWERTY slider will be cool too, but I'll like a larger screen! Something bigger than 4inches and with similar specs as the flip I will like!

I am surprised to hear this. I play 1.2-1.9 GB .mp4/.m4v 3D films on my 005SH without a problem. I can fast forward to any part of the film and it will play immediately without getting out of sync.

I can't seem to get my to work properly on the SH-12C though. I tried putting full length files in and it was horrid.

Perhaps you could post your video conversion settings in the 3D Thread for me? Thanks!
