Tell me how to do this and I'll be happy to![]()
Done. Seemed to fix the random data loss on my phone.
For flashed phone,Won't *228 update your prl to 2004 if you do it that way?
Fixed my issue with 3g turning off and on...so far. My flashed Galaxy s2 I had to used software to update prl.

Excellent, hopefully this fixes some of my problems with the unstable signals.
I reactivated my Android tonight, in hopes that this new PRL will also prevent the phone from rebooting when it roamed on Sprint in Connecticut.
This time, rather than it be pushed to the phone automatically (as was the case with PRL 3026 and which took a good 15 minutes to complete), I dialed *228 to receive it.
mines is one 3027 and i never even called 228 hmm...
Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.2.2; en-us; HUAWEI-M835 Build/HuaweiM835) AppleWebKit/533.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/533.1)
I prefer to obtain the PRL's by calling *228. 3026 was originally pushed to the phone automatically and I had some issues with the phone after this, but did not know what the root cause was.
After receiving 3027 via *228, I've had no problems to speak of.![]()
T-Mobile since July 2005.
I got the new PRL when I did a factory reset on my phone. 3g is more consistent now. Speed is also faster on 3027, I get real 3g speeds now after using that 3g booster tweak I found on the forum.

I haven't seen 3G yet in the Boston area, my phone still displays "1X" for data.
