The Tracfone price w/TMFL is $20 less than the Net10 price:

I would have liked seeing the LG505C, but there is now no reason it not be released, since they are equally advanced.
Here is tutorials on the 455: http://tracfone.deviceanywhere.com/t...e=en_US&search
If, as seen on Turk Forums, the 505C is $90 for Straight Talk, and probably the same for Net10, will the Tracfone version be $70 with TMFL? I can't see them selling it for $60 like the 455C.
Thank you for the heads-up!! I just ordered two. One for me and one for my gf. I'm not interested in a touchscreen phone (we have Galaxy S IIs on T-Mobile) but we both have the LG 220C as our backup phones since they're on Verizon. Tonight my S II died so I was on my TracFone and what a pain in the butt to text message on it, and it doesn't have a camera - so perfect timing on this!
The TMFL and slide out QWERTY keyboard on *Verizon* sealed the deal. Went through FatWallet for 15% cash back. If no one else does, I'll be sure to post a short review on it with some pics. I'm excited to get the phones!
*I have to cross my fingers everytime I order anything from TracFone's website.. I've been ordering from back when they had Nokia 5180i bundles w/ 2x 60 unit cards for $20! I'm sure I'll be blacklisted soon enough but I try to keep my orders to just a couple per year hoping I'll fly under the radar. Luckily I have friends/family who are willing to buy for me with their own CC and addresses - I've had to ask before when I was banned from buying too many T-Mobile and AT&T prepaid phones back in the day![]()
Castrol EDGE 5W-30 is my drug of choice.

I am interested in getting this phone for straight talk. I was wondering if it can get some basic java games? I don't need anything super fancy, but I do want mp3 player, to be able to send picture messages, and get some basic java games. Thanks.
Okay, will do. It shipped today so I'll have it on Monday. TracFone sure ships fast!
And the S2 is a VERY nice phone. I don't know that I would pay the $599 full retail though - but it's the best phone I've ever used. My Radar 4G on Windows Phone gives it a run for its money though! That OS is slick.

That's great progress for Tracfone to offer this phone, a cdma qwerty slider.
And triple minutes to boot! And less than the price of similar slider phones.
Previously the Samsung R451c only was available for Net10 and Straighttalk.
The 404g was available for Tracfone, but is gsm.
I'm waiting to hear how well it works--it sure looks like a great phone!
Perhaps TracFone is finally realizing we aren't "cheap" customers. We want cool phones just like everyone else. We just don't use a phone as much as those who are paying the big cell phone bills. We are a separate market--for whatever reason each of us has--but we like phones as much as the other markets. Cater to us--keep us happy!
