The document included with their cards say you can use them in a cash advance but not at an atm.

is there a way to withdraw the money from the card at an ATM instead of just using it as a debit card for purchase?
i rather just withdraw the money to save it.
does it need a pin number to use at an atm?

Buy a square card reader and charge yourself the amount that is on the rebate card. Square will keep 2.75% but at least the rest of the money is now cash in your bank account. Unfortunately, it is the best solution even though you're losing 2.75%.
What about going to a store and paying for something, and using the cash back option, if the store accepts it?
Just buy an Amazon.com e-gift certificate in the exact amount for the card. Thats how I normally get rid of rebate visas and amex.
