Seems like about time, My sister has had the Optimus V now since last May, works alright but freezes many times. This would probably give a good boost if it would come to VM.
Anyone else hope/think it may come on VM?
VM's response on Twitter:
"At the moment the manufacturer has not released any information to Virgin Mobile USA of an update for the LG Optimus V phone. We will keep everyone post for any updates."

I wouldn't expect it at all.
Especially if you are expecting it as an update.
Your village called, they want their idiot back.
I talked to a relatively candid and intelligent phone salesman the other day and he confirmed what I had thought all along. The Intercept sucked. Heck, they had to recall Sprint's pink ones because of issues. So Virgin's slow release of the Froyo update probably had some rationale to it, despite them being Virgin Mobile.
We (you) still have a fighting chance.
