Does a Samsung Galaxy S2 Come Satandard with a Users Manual? And what is the software disc?

I would say that the box is so small, no. But it's all available on the web. Firstly look on your carriers site, secondly on your countries samsung site. It will be in pdf format under support or downloads or manuals or any combination of these. Remember it may not be found under smartphone but bar phone and make sure to use the model # as there is more than one model of the GS II. I am sure that it can be read on a phone but a computer would probably be a more usuable interface.

I posted this more than a month ago and I've located it since then but thanks anyway.

By the way, the answer is yes, the ATT Samsung GS II does indeed come standard with a 200 page manual. I found it by plain old googling.
