Rates look to be somewhat similar to Rogers prepaid.

The one thing I noticed is tbaytel's "Social" plans give the customer a lot more data than Rogers. Rogers offers 100MB, while tbaytel gives between 500MB and a 1GB on their plans.

I also noticed that tbaytel's free evenings go from 6pm to 8am, while Rogers free time is 6pm to 7am.

Looks like tbaytel has stepped up with some pretty attractive prepaid plans.
