Ive wanted the rezound since it came out, Im still using a Dinc 1. I want the bigger display, 720p screen, Wireless N, LTE, 1080p video and better camera etc etc...
But... Its like 6 months old now and that seems like an eternity....
I dont have 300.00 to buy the maxx and the rezound would be a nice upgrade for 50.00
I dont know whether I should buy it., or hold off...

I went from the incredible to the rezound about a month ago for $100 and I have no regrets. It is the best phone Verizon offers currently, but obviously that can change quickly.
I loved the incredible and this was a perfect upgrade. It does take time to get used to the bigger screen, and the only thing I would change is putting a 4" screen instead.
Honestly I've told everyone I know to get a rezound, and they all like it as well.

You won't get a better deal on anything anytime soon. One upgrade for me just became available on the 2nd so I'm considering it, too. And listen how stupid: I don't need another phone; another data package would be a burden, and I still want to get it, lol. But I want a big screen so considering the CPO Tab or wait for Galaxy Note to come to Verizon.
Haha, yea I think considering all factors i should buy it.

I don't doubt you, I just don't understand. How is a bigger display a problem for you?
I can see that the bigger overall size of the Rezound -- it's half an inch wider than the Incredible -- would be awkward for many to get used to. But the screen itself being bigger should -- to me -- be a plus factor.
How is the 0.6" diag. larger display difficult for you to get used to?

It's both wider and taller than an incredible. For me using the touchscreen on a screen this large doesn't feel as natural as it does on a smaller screen. I find it hard to hit the upper .5" of the screen accurately without really reaching up there.
Like I said its not a big deal, and if your going to watch videos the larger screen is great. I also keep my phone in my front jeans pocket so the size is a negative there also....that's just nitpicking though.

Do it!! It's a great phone and LTE is a plus. You can always turn off LTE, and you will have simultaneous voice and data over 3G too. It's probably Verizon's best phone right now anyways, so for $50 it would be a no brainer!
Yeah get the Rezound. You get the Beats headphones with it, and it's one of the, if not the best, Droid phone on Verizon. I know it's one of the best ones I've ever tried. I rarely get any Force Closes too which is nice. It blazes.

The Rezound is as good a handset as the 1x -- maybe better. If NFC is a big deal for you, the 1x has it. I'd much prefer an SD slot and a removable battery -- both of which are MIA on the 1x.
Same processor speed. Same display resolution. One X is bigger so Rezound has more ppi. Etc. Not worth waiting for, IMO.

Well the Rezound has been out for like 3 or 4 months which means the Rezound 2 will probably be out soon. I'd hold off.
Well then you're gonna be holding out forever.
There is no word on a Rezound 2. And even if a Rezound 2 came out and you got that, you would probably be disappointed because the next big phone would probably be coming out after that and you would want that instead. You are setting yourself up for a lose/lose situation.
Even 6 months later the Rezound still holds itself against the newer phones that have come out. Which in the Droid world is amazing.
So either you are going to wait forever or likely end up with a phone you'll end up regretting in 2 months anyways as newer and better phones are always coming out.
You have set yourself up for failure.
