It is my opinion that I already feel our wireless industry is flawed though, so my opinions are very pessimistic with things like this. I always feel like the consumer will be screwed, based on a series of expectations that consumers demand and contradict themselves with, (i.e. Hating 3 year contracts, but they demand/love hardware subsidy. WIND proved this one.) I agreed with @mobileservice's opinion, that yes in the near future if WIND buys LTE spectrum, sets up the hardware, and flips the switch on, they're going to want to get some heavy profits generated. They've sunk a lot of money into the current infrastructure now, + the upgrade to another new network? I just don't remain positive on the outlook of current WIND offerings remaining the same from now until then.
Completely agree re the flaws just not as pessimistic long term. Market forces are powerful and global in this industry. I have a sneaky suspicion that Wind could also be a NA beachhead for their bigger parent. T-Mobile could still be for sale and would line up well with the existing Wind Canadian infrastructure.

Care to explain then how I've been able to provide you both with software implementing NAT detection, as well as a paper describing specifically how it can be done? Here are four more papers addressing NAT detection. If you'd bothered to actually read that previous paper I mentioned you'd realize that there's more to it than merely classifying based on traffic type.

... This is the typical last resort of a troll -- accusing others of trolling.
A non-troll might have produced evidance or alternately asked for it rather than getting insulting as in your earlier reply. (Evidence is something which I've provided previously and now once again above).

I would like to agree with you there, but looking at VimpelCom's business and market capital, you're almost better off assuming TELUS would do that; as they are the smallest of the incumbents in Canada with more money than VimpelCom.

Hey, I didn't realize prior to this Droidhacker was this knowledgable in this stuff as you are too. It'd be awesome if you two could be here more often for this kind of discussion. I'm just putting it out here that you both have taught me something very technical and interesting and +1 to you both minus the pissing contest.
