HTC EVO 4G LTE coming to Sprint. 4.7" HD display, 2000mAh battery, 8MP, 2x1.5Ghz

    "HTC EVO 4G LTE"

    - "HD Voice"

    - "This new EVO will be the first U.S. phone to use an enhanced voice technology"

    - EVO will also let you do video and photo mode at the same time.

    - "Sprint and HTC are both pushing the camera's fast shutter speed and crisp images. The f/2.2 lens will let in more light than any other smartphone."

Isn't that the same lens that is on the HTC Vivid? http://www.htc.com/us/products/vivid-att

    Dunno,

"According to HTC, the phone's f/2.0 lens lets in "up to 44 percent more light than other leading smartphones," making it a solid choice for low-light shooting. Additionally, the flash on the rear automatically adjusts based on distance and light level, so you don't go blowing out shots."

I am definitely leaning towards this phone, the expansion slot for total phone memory of 48GB vs galaxy nexus 32gb internal storage

nexus has on screen buttons looks great, pure google experience, nothing else on top of ICS interface

evo has beats audio, better camera/dedicated camera button, faster processor on paper.

except for htc evo 3d, htc is known to have much better radios than samsung by far..

decision factor will contribute if my touch pro 2 will last one more more month for the htc evo 4g LTE.....if not gnex still a good option....

im really curious on how HTC One X performs signal wise, theres no point on having a great phone without having service

The camera feature set looks very impressive on the new EVO, dedicated button big plus.

2000 mAh battery SEALED!??? What is this, an icrap? No thanks. LTE will suck that so fast, you'll have to charge 10 times a day.

Who thought it was a good idea to seal a crap battery in there?

I agree with you. I really like this phone, but I'm thinking this battery is the reason why I will pass. I don't work at a desk all day. My only solution on my Evo is to carry spare batteries which is not a big deal to me. It's better than having my phone turn into a paper weight.

How do you figure? Where did you see that the 28nm qualcomm chip with the integrated baseband sucks juice....?

It is silly to compare old LTE phones that had separate power hungry basebands to this phone with integrated radio @ 28nm.

you know what, you have really done your research, ive been looking into the new S4 processor, its really a jump forward with 28nm processor chip vs galaxy nexus and many other phones with 45nm chips

i found this on the web, some info about the new S4 Processor (iPhone 4S is one of the best phones overall, but screen is too small n i like more freedom lol)

also its one chip that can be use for LTE technology perhaps not as much battery consumption like ones available right now, im definitely going for HTC Evo 4G LTE

How is the Iphone the best? Are you talking just benchmarks? Here is a good video I saw recently that explains a lot of the downfalls with the Iphone.

It's called opinion and there are many people who consider the iPhone 4S to be one of the best, just depends on your needs and likes. I liked the EVO 4G over the iPhone 4, but the iPhone 4 had a lot better battery life, but had the tiny screen. So it's really irrelevant that others don't like the iPhone 4S and can point out flaws, we can do that with any phone out there.

No phones should have a non replaceable battery. This is why I dislike the iphone so much. Even if it's a Razr MAXX with tons of power, it should still be able to come out of there without wrecking the device. Cmon!
