Oh alright well what about getting Unlimited Data back if I chose to come back very quickly? Quickly as in port out and then back in. Now with activating a new number goes does that reinstate a contract or month to month?

Porting in/out your original # through Google Voice will save your number, but the unlimited data stays with the line that you've sold. So the short answer is, no you will not be able to ask for it back because you're essentially selling off your current line and adding a new line onto your account.
The contract stays with the line so if you sell off your line with unlimited data, then the contract will still be on that line. If you add another line to your account and use your own equipment, you would be month-to-month.
Actually after this big problem i encountered with Verizon about my Employee Discount and my Data Discount and the nasty attitudes i have been getting along with BS Run Arounds i may early cancel rather soon than later since my etf is lowered a bit since the addition of Friends and Family, im just tired of paying them high bills every month and having to call in just to get the credit on my account. Its getting ridiculous, i have notes on my account and the rep who waited on me WOULD NOT even honor what was on my account despite the rep after who did it without a problem, ive just about had it with these guys.
