Honestly, I've used it several times and only twice was I on hold for more than 3 minutes (one of those times I was on hold longer than 10 minutes mind you). The service agents are friendly, eager to please and most importantly.. THEY ARE CANADIAN. You don't get operators from the Philippines or India. They are Canadian, they're nice and they have brains in their heads for the most part. Let's put it this way, if Rogers and Bell get a 5/10 for customer service, Public Mobile gets an 8/10. Their customer service has never been a problem for me. Now that gawd-awful hold music.... they REALLY need to get rid of that.
I have to admit I liked the hold music, some guy singing what I assume is original material about having to be on hold. Not the funniest routine ever, but different from looping elevator music. Otherwise I agree completely, the service has been good and the agents knowledgeable.
