I finally dumped the non responsive, non caring idiots. But, lo and behold, I am told I would still be billed through the end of the billing cycle which is an extra 21 days which I wont be using. I am outside my 2 yr plan. I have always been credited for the prorated portion of any billing cylce not used when cancelling service. Not this crap outfit. Service with them since being switched from Alltel has been crap. They are not customer friendly at all. They don't care one way or the other if you are having a problem with service. I have had service from Verizon, Alltel, US Cellular and Element. Element has been the worst cell service and the worst customer service by far. On a scale of 1-10, all others are 7 and above. Element is a 2 at best. Has anyone else ever had to pay through the end of a billing cycle when cancelling service when they are on a month to month contract?????
