    Force to Rogers

I saw this in another thread. I'd like to know how you can accomplish this, as there are times I'd rather have the battery power than the speed.

Can MTS subs roam on Rogers GSM outside Manitoba?

I know tbaytel's 4G customers can roam on Rogers GSM sites, everywhere but Thunder Bay and Kenora.

So I was just testing it out again and it appears I can't force my phone onto Rogers (while in MB) anymore. I was sure I was able too sometime before xmas. Maybe MTS worked out some bugs when the fixed there data roaming billing system. I cant even see Rogers listed in the list anymore by name but I do see cell ID 302610 which I believe is Rogers. I will see if I can still manipulate it by connecting to Rogers while I am in SK and turn on 2G then drive back into MB and see what it will do. I will report back.
