I just ported a number to Air Voice yesterday, but not from Tracfone. I know that I didn't need an Air Voice agent code.
I bought the $10 refill from prepaidwireless.com and they just emailed me the pin number to use.

I am about to port a number to Air Voice from Tracfone. The Air Voice website is asking for info like Tracfone Account Number, PIN/Password, and Airvoice Agent Code. Tracfone doesn't require accounts. What do people porting from Tracfone use for these fields? Please don't comment on what other companies use. Tracfone is very different from anything else.
Also, the port page requires an Airvoice Refill PIN number and I understand that I have to have a PIN number ready at the time I do the port. But the website says purchasing airtime is handled by prepaidwireless.com and I need to supply the Airvoice phone number and the minutes will be applied directly. So how do I get the PIN before a port? If I use the choices at the bottom of the port page, do I have to give Air Voice a credit card number? I don't want to have credit card info on file with them. I don't mind paying by credit card, I just don't want it on file with them.
Thanks

I have ported numbers from both Tracfone and NET10 in the past. I just recently ported from Tracfone to Tmobile. The account number is your serial number, the pin is the last four digits of your phone.
If you search threads you might see information that contradicts this. All i can say is what worked for me.
