    Wow. congrats on the TOL. I did the exact same thing as you (brand new EPRP -> TOL -> cancel original EPRP). However, I noticed I was being billed for the EPRP line, so I contacted Sprint and they told me the TOL shouldn't have occurred and the Sero lines are non-transferable. As such, they converted my line into an EPRP line since it is not eligible on brand new accounts. I got them to agree to switch it back to the owner and restore it to a sero line. Sigh.

    Do you think i can just assume responsiblity of his account and he can move all of his other lines off to a new account? That way the Sero line remains on an old account, albeit with a new owner.

    I have no idea. But when you cancelled your EPRP line, did the reps not assure you you only had 1 line left on the account?

    I opened the account with an EPRP line with an area code 732 number about 3-4 days before the SERO TOL. I TOL'ed the SERO line with a California area code, and immediately after the TOL, (I mean during the TOL phone call) asked the rep on the phone to change the phone number on the SERO line. I got another CA area code number. A few days later, I cancelled the 732 EPRP number. I then put my own phone on the SERO line. I let the CA SERO line linger for a week or so, using my own phone on the line to make 1 call a day and use the internet. After a week or so I then ported my number to Sprint to the SERO line.

    Maybe because I immediately changed the phone # and device on the SERO line, it really "disconnected" the SERO line from the original owner. But it worked for me.

    If the seller is willing, try again, doing exactly as I did. And let the EPRP line and SERO line co-exist for a few days. When you cancel the EPRP line, make sure the rep confirms it. Then hang up and have another rep confirm. Then the next day re-confirm.

    Let us know what happens.

    Thanks, DP, but I'm pretty sure my account is flagged. I've given up on getting the Sero line. I'm also worried that if I can successfully TOL it over again, they may just change it to the Everything Plus 500 again and I'd be out whatever money I paid the seller. Rep did tell me only had one line and I checked online. I even upgraded the Sero line to a Sero premium. =/

    I'm eligible for an 18% discount through my job, though I am trying to figure out how to get that 27% I had back in the old days. =(

    A discount on SERO won't happen.
