So what did they say when you called them to alert them of the problem? Please tell me you called before complaining on a forum cause we can't do anything except feel sorry for you.
I got the $10/mo loyalty credit added to my own plan and three others. Two of the four showed up no problem (stacked with a corp discount too!) and the other two were just added so I'll have to look at their bills.
Really though, just call them. I've had BIG mistakes like a contract being renewed when it wasn't supposed to be and after some digging on their end they reversed it no problem.
