Per Cricket's non compete clause they would cease to operate or risk a lawsuit

Cricket throttles their network and I only get 300k now

I'm sorry but I already knew that dudes an idiot. Dougs just a snake oil salesman desperately just trying to keep the doors open at this point. uhhhh we are broke and wasting your money investors.

This whole video was just them counting their chickens before they hatch.

I love how he was dodging the sprint payment questions. Just listen to the stress in his voice near the end of the video.

I guess the question is: When is this Sprint Roaming Payment due?

Take another job, or port your number before this date!

Data growth is growing exponentially, were not bringing in many customers anymore. Almost every sale is an upgrade. Everyone wants 4G and high speed internet (We're doing free month on flashed phones, customer pays $2.00 I don't count them. They are coming cause the service is free! Plus no doubt win back post cards.). We are going to lose real customers until we get bought or something. I guess I can apply at Metro lol. Hutch sounds in that video like they will have to make a deal. They don't even have 3g! That's how we flash em all! There phones have trouble getting into the marketplace lol.

Correct, as everyone said based off of the stress and desperation expressed on the videos and calls I would say a default on the sprint payment is immanent.

The fact that they are skirting around or changing the subject when the important debt and merger questions are asked really tells me how bad it actually is. I really wish Marketwatch or some big report would bust them out on it and force them to come out with the truth.

Does anyone know when this Sprint roamer payment is due?

He wasn't prepared for the call. That's disappointing. If you attend an Apple earnings call you don't hear that. They are bold and confident. They can field all of the analysts questions with ease. The only thing they're hiding is future products. Leaps calls are full of nervousness from unprepared executives. They also reek of half truths and lies of omissions designs to prevent a stock sell off rather than portray the business as it actually is.

Well, at least for the investors... Wait; too late! Lol. I greatly miss my staff and coworkers. I'm glad that most of them have moved on. There's still 1 person that is close to me there and I worry about their future tremendously. I had a lot of animosity and resentment toward the company's leadership that I've finally let go of. I still follow the company, but I'm no longer rooting for its demise. I genuinely hope they can turn it around for all the innocent people that work for them.

Me too, The company does a great service offering phones to people in an area of the market that the others used to neglect. I have a few really good friends that haven't jumped ship yet for fear of not finding
a job. I just wish someone would restructure the management and save the company. I think based on the last video that the fate is essentially sealed if no one buys them before the next sprint payment is due. I just hope someone buys them and keeps the customer base taken care of at this point. If they tank though I will make sure the SEC gets in touch with a few people and incriminating evidence is found.

Doug this is your warning. Treat your people right because if you walk out with a big payoff and screw off all of the front line workers you'll end up spending it all in your legal battles afterwards. Play the game fair and treat these employees with respect and not as expendable slaves. If it wasn't for the enthusiastic CSR's Cricket would not be what it is today so keep that in mind and make sure you play fair no matter what.... Trust me, You really don't need any more people pissed off at you if you ever want to do anything other than flipping burgers.

They are playing catch up I assume and believe releasing an iconic device will make the brand a serious contender for audiences, Once again they forgot who their audiences are. I am also going to assume not sure that the only way they got the iphone is leveraging the inventory of Sprint, my thinking behind that is that Apple likes commitment of xxx amount of units sold or not. I know in fact Cricket does not have the financial power to buy these units and keep align with current handsets they are also going to have a HTC or Motorola phone model coming out as part of their 10 phone new line up portfolio.

They finally realize is pretty much a handset war now..

LOL, LEAP's stock actually dropped around $1 since the iPhone was announced and all the investment firms are reiterating their "hold" rating. I think they know something we dont lol.
