    There is no set release date or anything to even speculate off of besides a recent leak that is in pretty good working order. So, no one knows.

    I was that way in the beginning. But now I'm happy with what I got--Gingerbread-and really don't care either way. I don't know of any necessities in ICS. Jelly Bean is the big one, I understand, because of changes which couldn't be finished for ICS.

    The same was said when Gingerbread was on the horizon...and Froyo, and Eclair, and Donut but not so much.

    Anyway, it will probably be a few more months. Moto has an upgrade schedule page; you might not want to look at it.

    An upgrade schedule page that hasn't been updated since the middle of February that says the update for the U.S. RAZR/MAXX is still in the planning stages. We know it's well beyond that because of the two very stable leaks. That upgrade schedule is worthless.

    According to Motorola, http://forums.motorola.com/pages/00add97d6c , RAZR/MAXX in 2Q 2012. So perhaps in June???
