When trying to use a new phone by adding MEID, I get boostmobile.com error
I get "We are experiencing some technical issues. Please come back later to try again. " when trying to add a new phone. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do to fix it? I'm trying to add my sanyo incognito phone.
It has happened to me before. Do not panic. Hold your horses. Give it some time. It'll sort itself. Are you sure that the phone is not already active on another person's account? The only time I had problem for an extended period is when it was activated on another account! Mine!
You would know at that time of adding it to your account, if it's attached to another account or not. I have had this happen. It lasted for 10 days, after talking and calling cs every 48 hours, and getting the run around, I had enough and requested they delete the account and create a new account. I spoke to a supervisor and they did it. Instantly the issues was gone.
