Woooooooo! Going from TELUS'/Koodo's self-serve to Bell's was like "you've got to be kidding me" moment.
EDIT: Also, add-ons can be changed as well. However, unless I'm not looking properly, I can't see the option to change phone/sim

Should be under device information...or within it.
Nothing, lol :P Maybe it's not up and running yet completely? PUK code thing is there, just not the swap

Price plan changes?!? Will it go into effect right away or on the bill cycle day when done on the self serve site? If it goes in effect right away does it explain proration? I can see a lot of confused customers if they're able to change their plan on the fly through the website.
Clients can change their rate plan without changing his device or SIM card, from the page My Services / My plan and features / Manage my plan and features.
Rate plan type Process
Single plan
Step Action
1. Clicking on the Change my plan.
2. At the top of the page, you will see your actual rate plan. Click on the big + to get all the details.
A list of compatible rate plans (by category) will be presented.
3. Choose one of the presented plan by using the radio button.
4. Selects one of the included features.
5. Click on Bundle and feature / Features and data add-ons to continueNote: Client can click on the + button to get all info regarding the price plan promotions
Share plan Clients can’t change their plan to another share plan online – they will be ask to call Client Care.
If a client wants to change his share plan to a regular plan, click continue to agree to a warning message indicating that he is removing his line from the share plan.
Follow step for single rate plan change.
I think I am loosing it, I can not find where to do sim swaps. Also is there a place to obtain your Account Number anywhere.

Bell must have screwed up the prepaid bell.ca information as all three of our phones now show:
The information you're looking for is currently unavailable. Please try again later. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. (Error: 2020900000)
SIM Swap and Phone Swap have been delayed.
^Do you know what the eta is. I can not beleive they have delayed the most important thing. Also is there a place to locate your Account # on self serve.

Sweet it was saying there were no other plans available for me but now I see other plans. One weak bit is that I thought I could review the whole thing at the end but it says when clicking continue after selecting a rate plan that "The rate plan you are removing is no longer offered. If you continue, you will lose it permanently."
Now if it just talking about my Talk & More 40 then good riddance I actually want to switch that to Fab 10 35 (which has unlimited 10 nationwide vs 5 + 6pm vs 9pm + unlimited text over the older plan for $5 less!), but if it is talking about my 6GB data then we're going to have a problem. Looks like I might still have to get my *** on the phone one of these days lol.
I only have prepaid plans and can't seem to log into Self Serve since the upgrade.
If I have the Bell prepaid phone number, can I reload $100 (good for one year) at a Bell Store? TIA.
EDIT:
Finally, the site is back up and running.
