Roaming/long distance

Just have a question about incurring roaming or long distance charges - I'm on the $35 per month buddies plan with 200 canada-wide minutes and unlimited evenings and weekends - are the unlimited evenings and weekends canada wide too? So if I call a canadian long distance number (not on my buddies list) after 6pm will I get charged long distance? Also, if someone not on my buddies' list calls me when I'm out of town - but in Canada - in the evenings do i get charged?

Prepaid doesn't yet have roaming available, sadly-- but all rates for Canadian services are the same.
