    Message settings page at virginmobileusa.com?

I have been having some problems with slammed text spam on my daughter's phone. Several 'how to' pages found with google suggest going to the 'Message settings' page on Virgin's website where you can block up to 10 numbers, among other settings. However, when I go to the Settings & Preferences page, the only reference to settings I see is 'Edit Service Settings' and its only two options are Caller ID blocking and International Calling.

Does the option to change message settings still exist and if so how do I find it?

The last time i tried to look for the :block texting numbers" page on VM, i couldn't find it. I know it was there a long time ago, but I haven't been able to find it now that they redid their site.

Has anyone recently been able to access this feature?

    Here's how it works...

    Log in at virginmobileusa.com
    Go to Account Overview TAB
Click on View History for: MESSAGES
On Messaging Option Select Manage Messaging Settings
On Block Text: Enter Phone Numbers or e-mail addresses
    Select UPDATE

Wow, um. Could they make that a little more difficult for us?

One of the fundamental rules in designing websites is to make things as simple and logical as possible, even if that means having redundant links. Somebody should mention that to VM.

I see the option, but I think it's because I don't have a messaging plan. It looks like the blocking option is only available on the page to change your messaging plan. Since Beyond Talk customers don't have a choice, they don't get to see the page.

    Brilliant, VM!

I just logged into my account. I have Optimus V with $25 300 minutes, unlimited web/text plan. I am able to block text when click the "Phone, App & More" tab. To the left toward bottom of the page, there's "Edit message setting".
