Anyone still able to get free US data roaming with the prepaid UMB?

Any Canadian here still able to get free US data roaming with the prepaid UMB plan (HTC Touch / Vogue CDMA phone)?

It worked last October but not sure if this is still possible or if it was just a fluke.

I have a prepaid account with the $20 Blackberry add-on. I go to the US often. About 30% of the time, the phone will actually connect to AT&T and I can use BBM and e-mail with no charges. It's completely random and then will go back to "Emergency Only".
