LG Optimus Elite coming to VM.

I went ahead and got a replacement Elite...during activation, I specifically asked about being forced onto the $35 plan. She said that if activation is finished by the 27th, I would stay on the grandfathered plan. I hope she knew what she was taking about. I have not had the same data issue as with the other elite. This is a nice little phone!

i think i'm gonna risk it and get elite within a week. if i lose my old plan, i'll try to fight back. if i do lose it forever, i'll try to return the phone and move onto evo 3d.

I sent an email to support, this is there reply:

"If you make the phone swap before May 27th you will be able to keep your
grandfathered plan even if you swap to a smart phone like the Optimus
Elite. "

you cant use the elite on the $25 plan.

You can't now, but you could if you activated it on your $25 grandfathered plan prior to May 27th. It was a pretty sweet deal for a short period of time!
