Phone price changes from time to time. This includes the MIR as well. But I really wish they can do away with the rebate and just give instant discounts.

I noticed today that it doesn't show the $50 MIR with the phones when upgrading online through mytmobile.com. Is this new or a temporary glitch? The line I am looking at is off contract and eligible for a full upgrade. It only shows the instant discounts. It used to show the $50 rebates with the price just last week though.
Has anyone else noticed this?
Thanks.

yeah I know phone prices change from time to time, but I don't think I've ever seen the MIR go away. I was wondering if they were getting rid of MIR for upgrades online. However, they did not increase the instant discount to compensate for the MIR. Yeah it would be nice for them just to give instant discounts...but they probably get a lot of money from people who do not submit rebates.
I just got a Blaze and the website didn't mention anything about the MIR, but in the bag with the phone was a MIR card that includes my phone, purchased in the date range I purchased my phone. Once I'm sure I'm keeping the phone, I'll fill it in and see what happens.
When I called customer service, they still offer the MIR rebate so maybe it's just not listed online but you can still send for it. Calling regular customer service, they offered the Galaxy SII for 297-50 MIR while the One S was 270 - 50. It's cheaper to upgrade online still if the MIR is available.
