I just looked at mine, on the Inspire, name, on mine, is red pocket mobile, though don't know if that affects yours or anybodies settings.

However your authentication type and apn type are filled in, mine are blank.

I have had no problems. Maybe remove those and keep them blank and try it?

    Name- red pocket
    Apn- att.mvno
    Proxy-proxy.mvno.rpmobileweb.com
    Port-80
    Mmsc- htpp://mmsc.Cingular.com
    Proxy- proxy.mvno.rpmobileweb.com
    Port-80

Then erase everything you have in authentication type and apn type. Leave it blank

Remove the first proxy and leave blank (NOT THE MMS PROXY) try that.

My mms didn't work correctly with that first proxy added.

Seems like after all this trouble shooting its that phone or some kinda network issue in your area.

Can you try the Sim in another phone in same area or ru leaving your area soon for a trip to see if it will send mms in another location?

That way you can determine if its the location or if its that Pantech phone.

it worked fine with the pantech phone i had before, and then stopped mms just stopped working one day.

after that, i got a new phone for my birthday (htc inspire) which i figured would not fix the problem of mms not working, and sure enough it didnt lol so im pretty sure its an error on red pockets end.

there are weekend trips i take that are more towards the metro area, never really thought to check mms but i will next time. thing is ive been in this area for the most part and it worked fine before.

I have the inspire as well and occasionally had probs sending mms in an Edge area.
Ru in an H+ signal area when the mms is not working?

See what happens in a metro area with the mms failing or not.

After all that troubleshooting, it appears its the network there.

Ru going away from that location anytime soon to test the mms there?
