I am having the worst time with my Photon and I hope someone can help me. I had a MyTouch phone until I switched to Sprint. The MyTouch played ALL my videos flawlessly.

Now that I have a Motorola Photon, it won't play ANY of them. What a PITA! These are MP4 videos I downloaded off of YouTube. Can anyone tell me WTH is wrong? What converter program do I have to use to make them play on the Photon and what settings? I read a thread on another site that mentioned a converter program, said they had to tweak something, but didn't give the specifics. Every time I try to copy a file onto my storage, it tells me it can't read it. Same thing with pictures...I had PNG files on my MyTouch and they worked fine. They won't copy over to the Photon. It only seems to take JPGs. Is there some program I can download to keep the Android program from being so prissy?
